As an exclusive agent, you will have the sole right to market and sell our Capsule Houses in your designated country, backed by our support and resources.

Requirements:

Purchase one Capsule House: This will serve as your showroom and demonstration unit, allowing potential customers to experience the product firsthand.

​

Sales Target: Commit to a sales target based on your country's population:

​

Year 1: 2 houses/million people + 20-30% upfront payment on those capsule houses. The upfront payment depends on the country.

(Example:

France (67 mil population) -> Target of 134 houses for year 1 -> Upfront payment 20% EUR 938000

Greece (10.5 mil population) -> Target of 21 houses for year 1 -> Upfront payment 30% EUR 220500

We will consider the average cost of a Capsule House as being EUR 35000)

The amount will be deducted in the purchases for year 2, if the sales target for year 1 is achieved! We do not intend to make profit on the upfront payment, is just the proof for your commitment.

Year 2: Year 1 target + 30%

Year 3: Year 2 target + 25%

Year 4: Year 3 target + 17.5%

Year 5 onwards: Previous Year target + 12.5%
